Fresh, colourful and packed with flavour. Baby spinach and lamb’s lettuce meet crunchy radishes, sweet cherry tomatoes, edamame and delicate Pecorino shavings, all brought together by our signature basil-mustard vinaigrette.

Served with a warm potato and spring onion frittata.

CRUDO & PECORINO

Golden, crispy and baked to perfection. Our signature pinsa is topped with Fior di Latte mozzarella, Pecorino and spinach, then finished with silky Italian prosciutto crudo, fresh baby spinach and generous shavings of aged Pecorino.
